Color Changes
Changing colors is easy and free! If you don’t like a color set from the wraps we offer and would like to use a custom color, Pantone color, or anything else, please feel free to contact us about changes!
Installation
Applying your Sea-Doo Spark graphics is straightforward with our step-by-step installation instructions. At Outland Wraps we supply you with the most up-to-date instructions, tips and information on how to install your new wrap!
Shipping/Package Damage
We use UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and SpeeDee Delivery for our shipping. If you receive a wrap and it has been damaged, please take pictures and contact us. We will help with the shipping damage claim. Once the wrap has left our shop it is in our shippers’ hands, and even though it is not our fault it got damaged, WE WILL help you get the problem taken care of. Some damage may only be cosmetic and once applied with a little heat the wrinkles with lay flat. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving the damaged wrap.
Warranty
Outland Wraps is not liable for improper installation of graphics, damage to them due to improper install techniques, or damage due to everyday and race situations. Should a defect be found, we will replace the necessary components up to 1 year from purchase after the kit/decals have been returned and inspected. If you have already installed the wrap and feel that you have found a defect, do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns
Considering we print on demand, we cannot accept any returns. But we understand mistakes can be made, whether our fault or yours, know we will work with you to figure out the best solution to the problem. Unlike other wrap places, we will take the time to work with you, ensuring a happy and confident purchase. We acknowledge that your time is valuable and we take that seriously!
Color Matching
We cannot guarantee a perfect color match due to fading of the OEM’s body parts. We do however print all our colors with Pantone charts and color match as close as possible. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific pantone color to use.
